From a young age I was diagnosed with PCOS, however as an adult I had no clue how it would affect my ability to get pregnant. If I could change anything about our story with infertility it would be to have met Dr. Brown sooner. For years, 
11 to be exact, my husband and I struggled on our own trying to get pregnant. Finally, we decided to get help to understand why it wasn’t working. After years of trying with medical help, many failed attempts with my OBGYN using Chlomid and a round of IUI with a different fertility doctor, losing one of my ovaries due to a nasty cyst, a friend suggested we call Dr. Brown.
Calling Dr. Brown was the best decision we ever made. From the very beginning Dr. Brown told us we would get pregnant. His confidence was exactly what we had prayed for. We tried a few rounds of IUI with Dr. Brown and his staff however it didn’t work. The next step was IVF. We wanted a baby more than anything and were willing to do everything they suggested to make it happen.
Dr. Brown and his staff made the cycles a breeze. They shared in our ups and downs and gave us comfort when times were tough. I can remember like it was yesterday when talking to Dr. Brown about the two failed transfer attempts and knowing we only had enough embryos left for one more transfer. He told us we would get pregnant this time, that lots of people on the last try do. Fast forward to transfer day, it just felt different. We were laughing and joking during the procedure and it just felt like this was it. A couple of weeks later I had a feeling I hadn’t felt before going into their office to get my bloodwork because I just knew I was finally pregnant. A few hours later my husband and I were sitting in our living room holding hands and praying when they told us the exciting news that we were pregnant. Multiple people were on the call that day which shows just how much they care and share in your joy when you embark on this journey with them!
My family and I can’t thank Brown Fertility enough for being God’s tool in giving us our hearts desire. We now have a perfect baby girl and Paislee is everything we’ve ever wanted. Thank you!
