Egg Donation Program

Egg Donation Program

If you’re waiting for a miracle, donor eggs might be the answer.

Sometimes, it’s tough to conceive—even though you’d have no trouble carrying a pregnancy to term. In situations like this, we’ll bring up the option of using donor eggs. Our Egg Donation program’s high standards allow us to offer donor eggs from women who are ages 18–27, extensively screened, and at peak fertility. With diminished ovarian reserve, genetic concerns, premature menopause, advanced maternal age, or in some other instances, donor eggs significantly raise your chances of conceiving.

Donor eggs can improve your IVF outcomes.

Ask us how

Our patients don't have to search for the right donor. We have options for you.

You're welcome to have your own donor, but our exclusive program gives you access to 60 quality egg donors from all different racial backgrounds and ethnicities. All of them have passed our testing and meet our qualifications. After choosing your perfect donor, exciting work begins. Both donor and recipient have medications to take. Your donor administers injectables to stimulate her ovaries. At the same time, we prepare your body to accept a pregnancy.

01

Medications

Specific medications help improve fertility and prepare for egg retrieval and embryo transfer.

02

Donor egg retrieval

In a minimally invasive procedure with twilight sedation (and no incisions), we use ultrasound to place a needle through the donor’s vagina to retrieve eggs.

03

Egg fertilization

Depending on your preferences, the eggs are fertilized in our lab with a partner’s or donor’s sperm.

04

Embryo transfer

Embryos are transferred into the mom-to-be. When possible, we recommend freezing any remaining high-quality embryos.

Like every other fertility treatment, we’ll support you through this one too.

We’re here to listen, offer compassion, and respect your feelings and decisions. Deciding if donor eggs are a route you want to take can be nerve-wracking, happy, hopeful, and everything in between. From experience, what we can also tell you is: early in the process, knowing you may not be able to conceive without the help of a donor can make your anxiety worse. But once your baby is growing in your womb, that feeling fades and a deep connection develops.
