Currently serving as a Patient Navigator, Ines has found her niche in directly supporting and guiding patients through their fertility journeys. As a bilingual professional, her primary responsibility involves being a direct point of contact for patients, ensuring their journey is as organized and stress-free as possible. This includes sending timely reminders tailored to individual treatment plans, coordinating and scheduling appointments, and facilitating connections with the financial and clinical departments.
