Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida with a background in laboratory technology and a passion for advancing Reproductive healthcare, Alisha transitioned her expertise into the field of IVF and reproductive health. She brings a strong scientific foundation and a compassionate approach to her role in the Andrology department at Brown Fertility. Alisha Frederic pursued her Bachelor of Science in Biology (Pre-Med) from Florida A&M University.
At Brown Fertility, Alisha finds fulfillment in contributing to each patient’s journey toward parenthood, combining her technical knowledge with genuine care.
Outside of the laboratory, Alisha enjoys spending time at church and serving in the kids’ ministry, where she continues to share her dedication to helping others and fostering growth within her community.
