When to Seek Help?

Help is here when you need it.

Even without fertility issues, it can take couples six months to a year to get pregnant. But that doesn’t mean you have to wait 365 days for support.

Right Away

Reach out early if you or your partner have known fertility issues, such as irregular periods, endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic disease, surgeries, a known male-factor issue, or sexual dysfunction.

After 6 Months

Fertility declines with age. If you’re a woman who’s 35 or older, you’ll want to start evaluations after 6 months of trying to conceive.

After 1 Year

If you are younger than 35 and you and your partner have no known medical issues, you’ll want to actively try to get pregnant for 1 year before investigating infertility. But this is simply a guide: if you feel like you should be seen sooner, we welcome the chance to get to know you.

Been trying to conceive and feel like it’s time to come see us?

Reach out now

We're ready to listen and get to work.

We call your first visit a new patient consultation because it’s a time for you to get to know us and for us to learn about and listen to you. Then, you can start your fertility journey ASAP (we’re ready too!).

01

Step 1

We’ll order some testing to pinpoint what’s going on. To help control costs for you, fertility tests are done one at a time.

02

Step 2

You may have tests like ovulation detection; fallopian tube, cervix, uterus evaluations; and semen analysis.

03

Step 3

As soon as testing reveals a result, we’ll turn our focus toward making a treatment plan.

04

Step 4

Your treatment plan starts as soon as you’re ready. Many times, inexpensive medicine or simple surgery can correct issues.
