These Terms and any dispute arising solely from use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action arising solely from these Terms or use of the Site must be brought in a state or federal court located in Duval County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

This Section applies to website-related disputes only. It does not alter the governing law, venue, rights, remedies, or procedures applicable to claims arising from medical care, professional services, patient agreements, or other clinical matters.
