Three Physicians, One Shared Standard

Dr. Samuel E. Brown, Dr. Angeline N. Beltsos, and Dr. Bruce I. Rose have followed different paths through reproductive medicine. Their combined experience includes IVF, fertility surgery, clinical research, academic teaching, medical leadership, and the management of thousands of treatment cycles.

Each physician brings a different area of depth to our practice. What connects them is a shared standard: look carefully at the evidence, understand the individual patient, and recommend treatment for a clear medical reason.

Has helped guide more than 30,000 IVF cycles while building a career across fertility care, reproductive surgery, research, and medical education.

Dr. Samuel E. Brown completed his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine, the program associated with the first IVF birth in the United States.

After completing his fellowship, he began practicing as a reproductive endocrinologist in 2000. He founded Brown Fertility in 2009 and has since helped build a practice serving patients across Florida and Georgia.

Dr. Brown's work extends beyond the fertility clinic. His academic appointments have included Mayo Clinic Jacksonville and the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he directed the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

His research has addressed questions involving IVF, ovarian stimulation, intrauterine insemination, uterine evaluation, fertility preservation before cancer treatment, egg and embryo freezing, endometrial function, in vitro maturation, and premature ovarian insufficiency.

Dr. Angeline N. Beltsos

Brings more than 30 years of fertility experience, including over 15,000 embryo transfers, 12,000 egg retrievals, and participation in more than 20 clinical studies.

Dr. Angeline N. Beltsos completed her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Washington University in St. Louis. Since entering practice in 1997, she has cared for thousands of patients while also leading fertility practices, clinical studies, and professional education.

She founded Vios Fertility Institute and has held senior medical and executive roles with Fertility Centers of Illinois and Kindbody. She is also the founder and executive chair of the Midwest Reproductive Symposium International.

The annual symposium brings fertility physicians, embryologists, nurses, researchers, mental health professionals, and other specialists together to discuss current work in reproductive medicine.

Dr. Beltsos's research has focused on many of the decisions patients face during IVF, including ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, progesterone support, egg freezing, genetic testing, PCOS, and factors that may influence treatment response.

Dr. Bruce I. Rose

Brings more than 30 years of reproductive medicine experience and a research record that includes more than 50 medical and scientific publications.

Before entering medicine, Dr. Bruce I. Rose earned a PhD in mathematics and taught at the University of Notre Dame. He later completed medical school at the University of Miami and remained there for his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

His background in mathematics and medicine has shaped the way he approaches fertility research. His work looks closely at treatment methods, laboratory measures, and the factors that may influence egg, embryo, and implantation outcomes.

A significant part of Dr. Rose's research has focused on in vitro maturation, or IVM. With IVM, eggs are collected before they are fully mature and complete part of the maturation process in the laboratory.

His work has examined egg retrieval, egg maturation, embryo development, endometrial preparation, and ways to reduce the risk of severe ovarian hyperstimulation.
