At Brown Fertility, we pride ourselves on offering the most compassionate and personalized care possible! The prices we give you are our “out the door” prices and you will only be billed for services you need.  Make sure you ASK about this when you are comparing prices!  We are confident that our pricing is competitive and affordable.

Insurance Coverage

1. We accept Humana PPO & HMO, Aetna (all), BCBS (all), Tricare (standard & prime), Cigna (all), AvMed, Principle,PHCS (all), Mayo, United, and Florida Healthcare Network.
2. Military Discount: Military personnel will receive a special discount of 10% off the base price of IVF procedure fees.
3. Financing Options are available.  We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Office Policies

1. Due to a high demand for new patient appointments we respectfully ask that you please call our office ASAP if you must cancel or change your appointment. Please note that there will be a $50 charge for appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
2. If you need a copy of your medical records we charge an administrative fee of $1 per page (unless records are medically needed, per our discretion).
3. Valid/Current Driver's license and/or ID is required for first appointment, including semen analysis.  If you have insurance, you must bring your insurance card with you.
